In order to submit your paper, please follow below steps:

-Click “New Submission”.

– Enter the title of the submission and author names and affiliations.

– Contact author area must be selected in the “Contact Author” area. 

– In the “Topic Area”, the appropriate topic(s) must be selected. This selection is important in order to improve the quality of the review process.

– Key words related to the submission should be written and an abstract must be written.

– Then create your password. This password will be required later to submit your submission as a file or to update your paper.

– You may enter additional comments in the area "optional comments".

– Then click “Make Submission” in order to register your submission. Please write down the number of submission.

-In order to complete your submission, you should Re-enter the OpenConf system and the select “Upload File” link.

-Enter your submission number and your password in the page which opens.  Select the submission format and and submit the pdf version of your file.

Full papers should be uploaded by the corresponding author of the manuscript no later than August 15, 2017.
